上へと成長し 葉を茂らせ 花を咲かし実をつけるイメージから
“Reward（報酬）”という言葉について 話し合う
From the image of a tree, rooted deep down into the earth
widening the trunk, growing up and thick, and even with flowers and fruits,
we talked on the word “reward”.
“Reward”は 自分の成長の証
内的な充実感であり 哲学的な知恵である
Our “reward” is reflections of growth.
It’s inner fulfilment and philosophical wisdom.
ここが一般的な”reward”とは 違う
お金では換算できないもの だ
お金となると 世の分配を意味する それは奪い合い
Here, ours differs from the “reward” in general.
It can’t change into money.
For money, it indicates one’s allocation in the world. It’s scrambled.
でも自分の成長は 誰から奪うものでも 誰に奪われるものでもない
But one’s growth never comes from others, nor threated by anybody.
実は 森の仲間に食べられもするだろう
だがそれは さらなる「歓び」を生むだけ 何も失わない
学びを次につなぐだけ その”reward”の価値は 測り知れない
The fruit may be eaten by the members of the forest.
But it brings you “joy” only, no harms.
It’s just paid forward. The value of “reward” is immeasurable.
