表現アートの醍醐味って 何だろう？
What is the essence of Expressive Arts?
考え着いた先は 「わけわからないを愉しむこと」
つまり ネガティブ・ケーパビリティだ
In the end, my thought reached “to enjoy the mess”.
This is the so-called Negative Capability.
生きていく上で 正解なんてない
正しい１本道もない
そんなの誰も わからない
On our lives, there is no right answer.
No way promises to be right, straightforward.
Nobody knows it.
これが真実
This is the truth.
求めても 求めても わからない
How much you wish, you never get it.
でも 「あなたの道」なら あなたは観える
Though, you can see “your way”.
わからない中で 築いていける
それが歓びをも生む
In the labyrinth, you can make your own.
It even brings you joy!!
これ まったく表現アート活動と同じ
This is exactly the same
as what we do in Expressive Arts work.
一見 わやくちゃにしか見えない
何がゴールかも わからない
だけどちゃんとある 自分にとっての合点
It would look only a mess
without any sign of the finished piece.
But it’s being conceived in you.
「わからない」苦しみを耐えるには
「わからない」に飛び込むこと そこで遊ぶこと
「わからない」に浸り もぞもぞしてると
自然と観えてくる そこに 道（作品）が現れている
To bear the pain of being in such a “mess”,
jump into the “mess” and play.
Stay with the “mess” and wriggle.
Then in the natural course, the way (work) appears in front of you.
それは 生きていく強さだ
It’s the energy of living yourself.
ネガティブ・ケーパビリティで ポジティブに♫
Negative capability makes you positive♫
