Not only the completed but the process towards it feels comfortable.
Other’s creation affects my creation and the mind, but not bothers.
It’s combined mildly and becomes a part of mine♡
２０歳前後のひと達への 長期ワークショップ
１０回を超え ようやく全体に「変化」が観え始め ホッとする♫
I’m in charge of a long-term workshop with people around 20.
After 10 sessions, it finally got a sign of change overall. I’m so relieved♫
コロナ禍の３年 マスクにより呼吸が浅くなり 表情が消えた
ひとと逢う機会が著しく減って 友情がぼやけた
何かを為しとげる体験もないまま
ただ時が流れるに身を委ね… 感情が鈍化した
During the 3year pandemic,
people shallowed the breath with mask and lost the face.
Their meetings remarkably decreased. And it dimmed their friendship.
Without any experience to accomplish some,
those bore the hard time passing… and dulled the senses.
想い出を訊けば ずいぶんと前の話が多い
家族や友達と 動き 遊び 励んでいた頃のこと
Most of their reminiscences were from the distant past,
when they could move, play and work hard with the family and friends.
そう ひとは行動してこそだ
どんな小さなことでもいい やってみる
失敗も成功も こころの肥し
動けば感じる 感じれば情が動く
Yes! We need to move.
Even a small matter, it’s worth a try.
Either failure or success cultivates our hearts.
A move affects our sense. And it moves our hearts.
それも誰かと一緒なら
さらには こころ１つにできたなら
そこで愛情が育まれ ひととしての温かみが生まれる
= 人情ってもんだ♡
Additionally, if you are with somebody
and what is more, if you could collaborate in a body,
your love grows there and brings you warmth as a human.
It is so called “HUMANITY”♡
ここまでじっくり 一緒に学んでいく
色んな表現コミュニケーション・ゲームを通して
笑顔を取り戻し 友愛を築き 歓び（達成感）を体感する!!
Towards this goal, we work tight and together.
Through a variety of expressive arts and communication games,
we regain smile, encourage fellowship
and feel the joy to achieve!!

コロナ明け こどもや若者のこころも凝り固まっている…
In cold society, many adults are tempted to dump the heart.
But now after the COVID-19 pandemic,
we also need care the blank minds of children and youth.
