手を動かしていると
氣づくことがある
Awareness comes
while you move hands.
よくわからないけど あれこれやっていく中で
ポンっと その現象はやって来る
それを掴む それがうまくいくとは限らないが
それでも ある方向へは導かれていく
The perception pops in your mind
while you do all ideas without any clear goal.
Seize it. It does not always lead you to satisfaction.
Still, it takes you to a direction.
そこで あぁそうか
そういうことか と合点がいく
Reaching there, finally, you realise
why you’ve been through that way.
それは 自分の内から
湧き上がる想いに 突き動かされて
手を動かすことと 結果
同じかもしれない とすら想う
It would be the same
as you move the hands from the passion
rising from the deep part of your soul,
in the end.

得られなかった「癒し」を
アートをすることで 感じた」
