吉野せい作 「洟をたらした神」を読む
I read ‘Nose Running Deity’ by Sei Yoshino.
ノボルのつくる玩具を 心底愛でる母親
買い与える余裕がなくとも 子どもの創意工夫を
「この幼い子の手からうまれたものには、
無からはじめた粗野があり、危なっかしい不完全があっても、
確かな個性を伴う。」と理解する 懐の温かさに
大いなる感動を憶える かっこよすぎる！
Noboru’s mother admires all the toys he makes.
The family can’t afford even a toy,
but she can afford to admit his ingenuity.
“Those products from my boy’s hands are
still rough as they grow from nothing,
so dangerous and incomplete…
but utterly indigenous to the maker.” How wicked!!
The understanding is all that a child needs from parents.
全く 精魂込めて 生み出されたものは
不格好でも惹かれる それらは至極美しい♡
Indeed, any works from one’s soul are still absolutely beautiful
and awesome even in the unshapely appearance♡

しかし 制作にいそしむ熱心さが
マインドフルネスをもたらし 「空」の境地に作り手を近づける
そこには 何もないようで すべてがある
In our LOVEACE expressive arts sessions,
we can’t take time till each work’s done perfectly.
But, the passion into work derives mindfulness from the maker.
The state of “nothingness” holds everything.
Closer to it, your creativity arises.
母のように それを観つめる愛を持って
そして ノボル（子）のように 唯ただ創る それだけ…
We just work on… like Noboru (the child)
and like his mother, protect the air in love.
それだけが難しいのだが
それだけの素晴らしさを 改めて想った
This simple matter is actually uneasy.
Though, it’s worth to promise it.
