People who can devote themselves
to preparation & clearing, are good to please themselves
in any purpose♫
面倒なことを片づける
Accept troubles.
不得意ではなく適材適所で働くことは
面倒を避けることとは 違う
Avoiding troubles is NOT the same
as working in the right place,
away from your weak subjects.
どこでも面倒はある 得意分野においても
At any place, there’s a trouble. Even in your field.
理科の実験がどれほど好きでも
事前の説明と事後の考察のまとめの時間に
寝そうになることはある
Even how much you love science experiments,
you may fight against the sleepy head
during the teacher’s previous talk and after report time.
だが 手順の把握は実験を左右するし
実験者だけが描ける記録がある
Though, precise orders decide the result of an experiment
and only the worker knows what exactly happens in it.
そう特に 事前準備と事後処理に
耐えられるだけの「基礎力」は付けていたい
Like this, we need the “basic” patience
esp. to make a proper start and a proper end.
楽しみには 面倒が付きものだ
Fun comes together with troubles.
面倒な分 想い入れが強まり
楽しみ尽くせる
そして驚くほど 心に残る
Troubles let us fonder of the work
and more pleasantly absorb the whole process.
Also with them, it surprisingly long remains in our hearts.
ただし 面倒≠無駄だ
Mind here: the troubles≠ any waste.
無駄は省き 必要な面倒だけ引き受けて♡
Don’t be wasteful.
Just take on troubles in need.
