This is from a regular Expressive Arts Workshop with Children
facilitated by our Keiko Soejima of LOVEACE.
“試行錯誤色いろ… すべて子ども達がする
おとなは 共に「いる」だけ
“With uncountable trial and error… children made all.
I was just “being” there, closely.
この「唯ただいる」が 実は難しい
This “just being” is so difficult, in fact.
おとなは易く「何かをする」
ちょっと手伝うが そのうち指導になる
もしくは 聴いているようで「氣持ちが抜けてる」
その場にはいても 他ごとを考えている
Many adults easily “do something”.
Their “little” help sometimes ends up as “full” guidance.
Or, some “miles away” pretend to listen.
Being in there, they mind something outside.
創作においては すぐカタチを求める
もしくは 「先」ありきで動く
だから 目指すところが観えないと 動けない
でも本来は そんなことない
「先」が観えずとも 動ける
誰かの想いに 応えようとしなければ…”
In creation, those adults want “a form” soon.
Or, they act for “an outlook”.
Without the view, they can’t move.
Though, it’s not our real.
We can move without “any outlook”
unless we try to meet somebody’s wishes…”
まったく… 遊びを持とうよ…
予定調和の世界じゃ つまらない
まずこの今に いよう
Indeed… let’s keep doodling spirits.
It’s so boring to fix ourselves for the world already designed.
