「言葉」を使わず テーマに沿った人間彫刻をつくってもらう
In our communication workshop,
we sometimes usher the participants to be human statues
along a given theme, without speaking “any word”.
これがなかなか… 初めはすぐ 話しちゃう!!
Actually, it’s quite difficult… People often speak!!
すると毎回 同じことが起こる
無言でしたチームが 必ず先に 完成させるのだ
それも そういうチームは 仲間への「信頼」が篤い
少しもたつく仲間がいても
あごや手で指示もしない 待つ
Then every time, we reach the same outcome.
Silent team always completes it first.
They are united with “trust”.
None in the team instructs others slightly inefficient
even with chin or finger. They just wait.
言葉のチームは あぁだこぅだ ずっと言い合っている
それか… 誰かの指示に他が従っている
On the contrary, speaking team keeps a barren discussion
or… one of them starts directing others.
話さないチームは １人ひとりが きちんと「そこにいる」
始めのひらめきを「観」「理解」し「受け入れ」
それに合わせて 自分ができることを「考え」「行動」に移す
誰ひとり 他人任せでそこにいない
Each member in the quiet team makes the “presence” clearly.
They “catch” “grab” and “accept” any idea to begin.
And, they “think” what’s possible for themselves in there
and spring to “action”. All take responsibility to be a part of work.
そして 自分の意見に執着もしない
どこかで誰かがつまずけば 相手を待つか
始めの案はサッと捨て 新たな道を探る その「ゆとり」がある
Also, no members in the team persist in their own opinion.
When some get lost in process, they gently wait
or quickly give up the old idea and seek a new form.
They have the “room” in mind.
「言葉」は便利だ 確かに役に立つ
“Words” are easy, and indeed useful.
だがそこに頼りすぎて
他のちからを閉ざしていないか？
まずは 自分が「行動」できているか 観てみるといい
「言葉」ベースの思考に 留まっていないか？
But so, aren’t you relying on those too much
and shut other abilities?
At the beginning, check if you are being in “action”.
Aren’t you clinging to “word” based thoughts?
言葉は あてどもない＜正当性＞を求めだす
すべてがアタマのなかに押し込まれ 空論を吐きだす
カラダを生かせ!! 体験は＜リアル＞だ
そこに 為すべきことがある
Words demand “a right answer” not existing.
Everything is squeezed into your head and turns to a desk theory.
Move your body!! Experience is “real”.
