子ども達の変化（成長）は ものすごい!!
その身長の如し ぐいぐい抜かされていく… 笑っ
でもおとなも… ゆっくり変わっているよ♫
Children’s growth (change) is amazingly rapid!!
It’s like their heights, excelling mine all of a sudden… hooray!!
But we adults are also changing…
slowly but for certain♫
年齢とともに 変わっているだろうか？
Have you been changing with age?
舞台役者から表現アート教育の専門家へ
色いろな変遷を経て 今のわたしが存在している
I became like this after many changes:
e.g. from a stage performer
to an expressive arts consultant & educator (REACE).
素晴らしい表現者たちに 感銘を受け
触発され ときに激しく嫉妬したこともあるが 結局
わたしは その時どきの「わたし」でしかなかった…
そこに正直であった 自負はある
Before, I was impressed by many wonderful artists
and got inspired, though sometimes terribly jealous of the talents.
Even so, I’ve been always only “myself” of each moment.
I have confidence to be honest there.
ひとの真似をしても 決して満足はしない
自分を充たすには より「自分でいる」しかない
Copying somebody never satisfies you enough.
To fill your heart, you need “be yourself”.
そしてそれは １歳１歳年齢が変わるように
自然と 変わっていくことだった
For all of us, it’s so natural to change.
It’s the same as changing the age every year.
表現者を観ていると 強く感じる
過去のやりかたのままのひとは 速く衰えている
肩書は 変わらなくてもいい
もちろん 信念は貫いてほしい
だが 今の「自分」に合ったことをしているひとは
若々しく 若年者とは違った華やかさがある
Artist’s attitude tells us so clearly:
being attached to old customs ages the person fast.
You needn’t change the title on paper.
Surely, keep the belief.
But, whoever acts the “one’s own” at each time
looks younger actually and gorgeous in a different way from the youth.
老いても尚 美しくあれる！
変化を恐れず 生きていきたい♡
Age can hold beauty!
So, let’s live with changes♡
