想像豊かに 色んなことにチャレンジしていく
Children are full of creative wisdom. Let it be!!
It gives children more imagination and chances to try.
創造の場で 「ほっておく」って大事!!
At a creative spot, “leave one alone” is important!!
特に ワークショップのファシリテーターとしては
何かが その場に自ずと芽生えてくるのを
「待つ」間（ま）… これに「耐える」ちからが要る
Esp. as a workshop facilitator,
we need to “bear” the moments of nothingness…
“wait” until things work out naturally.
それは我慢ではなく 暢氣なものでいい♫
ファシリテーターも 何が出てくるか…
わくわくしながら その場を愉しむだけでいい♫
It cannot be only endurance, but with pleasure♫
Together, we can enjoy the moments
which have been creating something new♫ How exciting!!
だから 「ほっとく」は無視ではない
「観まもる」 これだっ♫
So, “leave one alone” is NOT to ignore one.
It is to “be with one (gently)”♫
ゆったりとした環境で ほっとかれたら
ひとは まぁ色いろ試していく♫
Once one is left by oneself in a cosy place,
the creativity is exploded♫
色んな発想を あれこれ表出し
失敗も 新たな展開への糧とする
なにより その一瞬一瞬が 愉しそう!!
One expresses a variety of ideas
and even turns failure into seeds of innovation.
What is more, such one looks delighted
with every single moment!!
= 「生きるちから」そのものだ!!
= This is our “vitality”!!
「自ら 自分を愉しませる」
そのためには 自分の内にずっとある!!
発想をそのままカタチにできる
環境がまず 必要となる
“One can enrich one’s own life.”
This is possible under the following condition:
one can recognise and form the ideas
which are always in one’s mind!!
そこで十分に 「ある」ものを
「ある」ままにできたら 自信となる
In there, one can grow the confidence
as the “nature” stays “as it is”.
そのとき初めて 環境をもつくるようになる
Then, even one can create a world for oneself.
だから ほっておこう♫
大丈夫!! 信じてみて!!
本人以上に 信じてみて♡
So, do leave one alone♫
It’s all fine!! Believe it!!
Believe one more than one does♡
