ひとの想いを聴くだけ…
決して １つにまとめる必要はない
Sharing is only to let your ideas known
and to listen to the others’…
it never needs the sole conclusion.
それは あなたの意思か？ 誰かの教えか？
Is it your idea or according to somebody?
自分のために その学びの目的のために
あなたはぶつかってる？ ひととの違いを感じている？
それとも リーダーに従っているだけ？
For yourself and the purpose of your learning,
do you challenge others? Do you feel the differences from them?
Or, do you just follow the leader?
ひとが違うんだから
それぞれいろいろあって当然
それを学ぶ それを話す
As you’re only one, it’s natural
that each of us has different ideas.
So, we discuss more. We learn one another.
同じゴールでも 方法はみんな違う
同じグループでも １人ひとり必ず違う
Even towards the same goal, each takes a different route.
Even in the same group, each shows a different perspective.
それが同調状態なら 危険
If all the heads think the same,
it’s rather a danger.
だが そんな頭でっかちが… 増えているよう
Though, more seem so big headed.
アーティスト集団のように
もっとプロジェクトごとに
個が集まるようになると おもしろいな♫
It’s more interesting, like an artist team,
that bold individuals gather just for a project♫
時にぶつかり 混沌としても
互いを尊敬し合って 進んでいく
Sometimes you may clash and get in chaos.
Yet, the project’s carried on by each respectable effort.
最高だね！ How wicked!
そこには 「自分である」ことが
しっかりと守られている
In the case, the state of “being your own”
is highly protected.
そして誰よりも まずあなたが
あなた自身の意思を守れ！
And mind yourself: You are the person
who FIRST must keep the idea!
