ワークショップで起こる 数々の出来ごとを
説明することが 非常に難しい
１つ１つが絶妙な構成で 成り立っている
それが 「自然」というものだ
It’s very hard to explain about
the series of occurrences in a workshop.
They are constructed on exquisite relations.
It’s the “nature”.
「こうだから こうなった」と
はっきりと 分析できるものではない
（また 分析する氣もない）
Like “this causes this”
you can’t analyse them clearly.
(Such analysis is senseless.)
どれだけ分析しても ひととひととの有機的な関わりは
同じように再現されることは 2度とない
How much one analyses them,
the organic relations between people are never
made again in the same way.
すべてはその場で その1回きり
そこに全身全霊をかける
「そこにいる」から すべてわかる
「そこにいる」から 存分に堪能できる
All are done only once, in there.
Tune yourself to a moment.
You can grab the value as “being there”.
You can fully experience it as “being there”.
何かをしたからではなく
「そこにいる」から 起こる
その日そのとき そのメンバーが
そこに揃って 生んだ「自然」だ
It’s formed not by what you’ve done
but by that “you are there”.
It’s the act of “nature” within the members
who gather that day that time.
それを分析しようとした瞬間
すべてはゆがみ 恣意的な場になる
だから LOVEACEのファシリテーターは
決して 分析や批評をしない
But, the instant one tries to analyse it
all are warped to a place deliberated on purpose.
So, our LOVEACE facilitator never
analyses nor criticises the scene.
することは 「そこで起こるすべてに微笑む」こと
What she does is “smiling to all in there”.
そして このファシリテーションでは
何がその場にふさわしいか 何が必要かは
すべて霊性単位の感覚で 瞬時に嗅ぎ取られる
分析の余地はない
This facilitation demands one’s presence
to sense the flow and change at each moment,
at the level of souls. No time for analysis.
「何が？」と問われても 「わからない」
So, the facilitator “doesn’t have the answer”
to “what consequence was there”.
学問にしてはダメかもしれないが
この専門性に関しては 絶対の自信がある
This is an error in academic studies,
but we have great confidence in this speciality.
だから セッション自体が芸術となる
So, our sessions themselves are artistic.
