「マインドフルネス」への道が
とても曖昧に 感じられることもある
Some think the road to “mindfulness” is so obscure.
だがそれは 人生そのものを味わうことだ
Though, it is exactly the same as life.
「ファシリテーターの言葉で
自分は動いたのか 自らの意志でか」
“By the facilitator’s instruction did I move?
Or, was it by my will?”
それはアート作品を観れば 答えが出ないか
Isn’t the answer in your piece?
本人独自の （ファシリテーターが想像もしない）
作品づくりができていれば 「自分」であったのだろう
ワークショップであれば みんな違っていれば
それほど「自分」であったのだろう
When your work is more with your originality
(above the facilitator’s imagination), it stands on “you” well.
In a workshop, when each participant could make
a different piece from others’, they were on “their own”.

全く みんなが格別だからである
