自分でも何だか「わからない」 けど満足なことがある
There is some “???” in our own, still satisfying.
多様性を認めることは すべてをわかることではなく
「わからない」をわかることでは ないか？
Understanding all is the goal of admitting diversity?
Isn’t it to grab “we cannot understand all in one another”?
多様性を訴える人びとが
他を排する発言をすることがある
なんとも哀しくなる…
Some who appeal for diversity
spit unfriendly denials from the same mouth.
How miserable…
相手をわかることは そんなに易くない
その「わからない」を まず納得する
It’s uneasy to comprehend all Others.
Why don’t we start from accepting this fact
“we cannot understand all”?
これが 言うよりも非常に難しい
Though, convincing yourself of this is
way harder than saying here so.
だが それができてやっと寄り添える
「わからない」なりに 理解しようと
「わからない」に耐えながら
それでも 共存する選択が生まれる
Still, we need to overcome it for friendship.
Despite a patchy understanding, carry on learning Others.
It’s tough to bear the slow and less progress.
But, that urges us to live together.
この鍛錬に アートは大いに役立つ
アートをしながら 作品からのメッセージを読みとく
曖昧で 不確かだが 感じるままに
それを受け取る
For the discipline, artwork is so effective.
In it, we attempt to get the message from our creativity,
ambiguous and uncertain… though, clearly there.
We just absorb it as we feel.
日を置くと変わるだろう
それでもそのまま…
It would differ on other days.
Yes, it may… so, you are just at a spectacle now.
「わからない」がそこにあるものを
汲む 汲み続ける それでも!!
もどかしいほど 飽きるほど 「わからない」
そんなもんだ それがわかって多様性だ
So, receive it over and over!!
“Mysterious” but there is it.
In spite of your efforts, it’s “never in your hands”.
Defeated and exhausted,
then finally you get close to diversity.
そうやって求めるほどに 関係は築かれていく
時に罵り合っても 太く結ばれ切れず
そして真心で 互いを尊重し合い
平行なやりとりをおもしろがって いられる
In the pursuit, you build bridges with it (and Others).
Even when you counter, the strong bonds are never broken.
Our recovered sincerity lets us stay
in parallel conversations, with mutual regards.
そのぐらい図太くあって 初めて多様性を語れ！
