ある学校での授業で行っている
コミュニケーション・ワークショップで
わたしは 一切評価するのをやめた
I quit evaluating the students for school completely,
in my communication workshops.
元々コミュニケーションを○×では測れない
だが学校からは 評定づけを求められる
表現力やチームへの貢献度などを 以前は観ていたが
今は 本人とクラスメイトからの報告に
すべて委ねる♫
From the beginning, it’s nonsense
to judge one’s communication.
Though, school wants scores from each class.
So before, I marked some points
like expressivity and contribution to the team.
But now, I stopped it and only collect
the reports from each student and the classmates♫
「ここを工夫した」
「勇氣を出して こうやってみた」
「あの子の言葉に助けられた」
「あのときの あの子の真剣さに感動した」
“I devised it.” “I’ve got the courage to do that.”
“The friend’s words moved me.”
“The friend’s sincere attitude impressed me that time.”
これだけでいい 十分だ
These comments are enough
to measure their efforts in communication.
だから基本 みんなA評定
So, their grades are all A basically.
実は以前も ほぼそうだった
だが 1つの（わたしの）目だけではなく
（本人の内なる目も含む）より多くの目で
１人ひとりの「勇氣」「やさしさ」「創造性」などを
認められるほうが とても幸せだ♡
In actual, my previous evaluation to them
was almost the same.
Though now, not only one eye (of mine)
but way more eyes (inc. each inner one) recognise
the person’s “courage” “grace” “creativity”… etc.
This pleases me way more♡
温かく観守り合って
自分を開放して 刺激し合って
共に成長していく
We grow together in warm care
by opening your own
and inspiring one another.
これこそ コミュニケーションの醍醐味
This is the true communication.
それが起こっている！ 最高だ！
こんな機会を与えてくれている 学校関係者の皆様に
改めて感謝の念を 強くつよく感じる
